Please help us help these families. All types of organizations and people volunteer…individuals, service clubs, school clubs or students, church groups, retirees…it’s fun and rewarding!



Volunteers are needed each week.

  • Prep the food at 6:00 Thursday evening (about 1 hour).
  • Cook and package the meals at 9:00 Friday morning (about 2 hours).
  • Deliver meals to Bonner Springs or Edwardsville families at 5:00 Friday evening (about an hour).
  • Assist with grocery shopping.
  • Pick up bread from Subway stores during the week.

As an individual

Note: First time users will need to create an account. This allows you to receive emails about volunteer needs as well as your volunteer commitment.

It is important that those who want to help deliver the meals on Friday evening sign up every week on Signup Genius. First time deliverers will be paired with experienced deliverers to learn the routes.

We are grateful for all the donations we receive! Without them, we could not do what we do. We are a 501(c)3 so all donations are tax deductible.


Many community members and businesses support us either through monthly or periodic monetary donations or one-time contributions. Please make checks payable to Feed His Lambs and mail to 425 W. Morse, Bonner Springs, KS 66012.



We accept donations from businesses or individuals. Examples include fresh or canned vegetables and fruit, bread, pasta, cream soups, desserts, chicken, beef, pork or venison. If you have donations, please contact us.



We are grateful for nonmonetary donations such as food and items necessary to store and prepare the weekly meals, such as kitchen appliances and utensils.




Provide fruits or vegetables for a month of meals.

Commitment: 16 cans of fruit or 16 cans of vegetables.  The can size is the #10, 4-pound size. (Or approximately 65-70 regular-sized cans, 15-16 ounce size).




Additional volunteer opportunities include publicity, printing, recruiting sponsors, picking up donations and grocery shopping. If you have a skill, vocation or suggestion that would help us in this vital ministry, please let us know.
